All Feast food is prepared with fresh market produce from
Sydney's premier providores.At times, it may be necessary to
substitute some ingredients from listed menu items due to seasonal
factors and market availability. In this instance, every
effort will be made to advise of any alteration.
Prices quoted include all labour by our chefs for the
preparation and presentation of all food.
An additional charge of 10% of the total food charges applies
for all events conducted on Sundays and Public Holidays. An
additional charge applies for events conducted outside the Sydney
Metropolitan area (subject to type of event and location).
Service labour is charged at the following rates:
For optimum service of platter style food we recommend a ratio
of one (service person): twenty (guests). Note - a minimum
engagement of four hours per person applies.
Monday to Friday $41.00 per hour
Saturday $46.00 per hour
Sunday $55.00 per hour
Above Rates currently apply to all event catering within the
Sydney Metropolitan area. For events outside Sydney, additional
service labour charges will be incurred.
Hiring - All equipment, crockery, glasses, cutlery,
linen, mobile cool rooms, marquees, etc can be arranged for hire
through a preferred hospitality hire company.
Confirmation - It is necessary that confirmation be
received in writing or email. A deposit of 25% of the total fee is
required upon confirmation of the booking. The balance of the fee
is required on the day of the event. It is necessary that final
numbers be confirmed no later than 48 hours prior to the
event.
Cancellation by the Client
Where notice of more than 30 days is received - a full deposit
will be refunded
Where notice of 15 - 30 days is received - 50% of the deposit
will be refunded
Where notice of less than 15 days is received - any refund or
the deposit or portion thereof will be assessed at the discretion
of FEAST Catering. Such determination will be factored on our
success in securing an alternative booking.
Where notice of less than 4 days is received - total contracted
charges will apply. |
